Be sure you save this number in your cell phone directory ... 1-800-GOOG-411.  Google's new 411 service is simple, fast and free!  Not only do you get free phone directory service, but it will actually connect your call, send you a text of the number to save and if you say "map it", it will send you a map of the area.  While you will not be charged a 411 fee, your cell phone company may still apply normal charges for the call and the text message with the number.
