Airlines will be drastically cutting down the number of domestic flights they will be offering during Thanksgiving and Christmas this year.  This decision was made to help compensate for the higher fuel costs.  What does this mean for you?  Longer lines, higher ticket prices and less flight routes to choose from.  In order to get where you need to be for the holiday season, it is recommended that you book your flight as early as possible to ensure a seat.  Also, try to avoid booking your trip for the last flight of the day, incase of cancellations.  Make sure you get to the airport early, pack light, and allow enough time between flights for connections.
