  1. Prices Quoted by FTI Will be Accurate
    You may be able to purchase a few seats online at the lowest fare offered, but when you try to confirm additional seats, the far increases. FTI will send you a contract in writing, so you know the guaranteed fare up front.
  2. FTI Offers Low Fares Consistently
    Internet low fares are often available because there are only a few seats left. The flight will mostly like sell out before you’re able to get your entire party booked. With an FTI contract, you're assured that your group will be able to travel together.
  3. FTI Guarantees Our Groups
    Airlines are very strict with groups, requiring them to have group booking, not internet bookings. If the airline notices that a particular person or organization has purchased more than 10 individual tickets on the same flight they may cancel the reservation. FTI will make sure the group is booked as a secure group booking through a contract with the airlines.
  4. FTI Communicates Flight Changes
    If a flight has a schedule change, the internet will not inform you, potentially causing you to miss your flight. FTI will take the time to contact you directly to advise you of any schedule changes.
  5. FTI Permits Last-Minute Name Changes
    Internet fares are very restricted. Names are firm & can’t be changed once you purchase tickets online. In most cases, with FTI’s group bookings, the airlines allow a name change for a fee. So, if you have a last-minute cancellation yet find a replacement, we can re-issue the ticket to the new passenger so you won’t lose the entire fare.
  6. FTI Accepts Deposits to Hold Seats
    When purchasing tickets online, they must be paid for in full when the tickets are confirmed. At FTI, our groups can post a deposit (usually $50-$100 per seat), guaranteeing the fare & itinerary. Seats can be booked up to 11 months in advance of the return date, yet final payment is not usually due until 45 days prior to the departure date.
  7. Passenger Names Are Not Final When Reservations Are Made
    Because you must purchase tickets immediately online, you must also have a final passenger list ready. FTI groups may submit a preliminary name list 60 or 90 days in advance of travel. This list may be completely changed by the time final names are due, 45 days prior to the departure date.
  8. FTI Group Members Travel Together
    When tickets are purchased individually online, it’s more likely for passengers to be bumped off oversold flights. Passengers booked through an FTI group booking would be less likely to be bumped.
  9. If you Have a Problem, We’re Available 24 Hours a Day
