We hope 2014 has gotten off to a great start. We are grateful for all that 2013 has brought us & will continue to look for ways we can serve you better in the coming year. By adding new team members & enhancing our service offerings, we strive to be the best possible resource for you.
New FTI Team Members
In 2013, we added 5 new employees to the FTI Family! Our Group Support department expanded this year as Deanna Schulz started in January & Katie Porter, our most recent addition, started in December. These ladies work closely with the Group Sales Agents to manage the details of your travel arrangements. In March, we welcomed Alex Cardoso & Cecilia Previs. Alex is a native Brazilian & is working in our IT department as a Computer Programmer. Cecilia joined our Individual Sales department after moving to the US from Peru, where she owned her own travel agency.
In addition to adding some new team members, we also celebrated some title changes. The Tour department welcomed Regina Gracia who was promoted from the Group Sales department over the summer. In addition, Jenny Burkholder was promoted from a Tour Coordinator to a Tour Sales Agent, so she will be taking new group tour requests in the coming year. These two ladies work alongside Sue Komarnicki & Dixie Henderson, creating a fabulous team of tour agents.

Your FTI Team Around the World
Several members of our team traveled the world to strengthen our partnerships & forge new relationships. Denison visited our projects in Goa, India. Jenny & Wayne both took trips to South Africa last year to visit our partners there. Wayne also visited Myanmar to explore the potential for future volunteer projects.
Sue recently attended the World Travel mark in the UK & Iceland to meet with service providers from around the globe. And, Cindy traveled to Gramado, Brazil to tour & attend a tourism tradeshow where she met with many Latin America providers. Sue, Regina & Aimee also traveled to Israel to visit with our partners & tour the country. They were even able to spend a few days in Jordan to visit Petra & Amman (popular add-ons to Israel tours).
Working Together to Change Lives
One of the most rewarding aspects of being a part of the FTI team is playing a small role in so many amazing humanitarian projects. Working with clients like you, we provided logistics for healthcare projects throughout Central America, disaster relief teams to the Phillippines, as well as feeding, housing & orphan care projects in developing nations throughout the world.
