Volunteers can make efforts to help residents of Colombo, the largest populated city in Sri Lanka, & other areas nearby through a variety of specialized projects. A life-changing opportunity awaits you, whether it’s participating in activities to boost women’s self-esteem, teaching English, or helping to preserve the natural beauty & wildlife of the country. The Turtle care, conservation & research project in Sri Lanka offers a special opportunity to support local efforts aimed at protecting the marine turtles. The program will include promoting necessary awareness campaigns through interaction with both tourists & local community members. Additionally, participants will assist local authorities guard over & protect particular beach areas that have been identified as turtle nesting grounds.
This fascinating trip will teach you more about key reformationists of the 16th century, including Calvin, Constance & Berne. We will focus on the contributions made by John Calvin as he moved through Switzerland & France. This program is only available for groups of 10 or more at this time.
