Overview

Reach out to those in need in Zimbabwe. Volunteers can participate in medical, education, & community aid programs, benefiting locals in Gweru. 

Minimal recommended length of stay is 10 days. 

Specialized Program: Education

Work alongside local teachers to help improve the education of local students. Volunteering tasks may include: 
  • Helping develop fun & creative lesson plans
  • Counseling the students
  • Coaching sports activities

Specialized Program: Orphan Care & Community Work

Help make a difference in the lives of children & adults in Gweru. Volunteers can help take care of young children (i.e. feeding, spending time with them), & assist with renovation & maintenance in homes & public buildings. 

Specialized Program: Medical

Work alongside medical professionals in Gweru to provide healthcare to people in need. Specific tasks may include:
  • Volunteering in local medical clinics
  • Raising awareness & providing education on HIV/AIDS
  • Assisting with immunization campaigns
  • Helping to raise awareness on nutrition

  • Antelope Park – Learn about the lion conservation efforts being made within the park. Enjoy elephant rides, & safaris by vehicle, on foot, or on horseback!
  • Nature & Wildlife Tour – Visit Victoria Falls, the Miombo Woodlands, & Antelope Park.
  • Highlights of Botswana & Zimbabwe Tour – 10-day tour featuring visits to Victoria Falls, the Okavango Delta, Antelope Park, & game reserves in Botswana & Zimbabwe.
