Overview

There are many opportunities for volunteers to make a positive difference in the lives of St. Lucia’s natives. Work alongside the staff of a local care center in St. Lucia, helping assist with its young orphans. Participate in an in-home medical care program, & assist with classroom renovations in local schools. 

Minimal recommended length of stay is 10 days. 

Specialized Program: Medical & Community Work

In addition to in-home medical visits, volunteers can help raise HIV/AIDS awareness within the community, & assist families by helping to improve their living conditions & helping them to become self-sufficient.  

Specialized Program: Education, Orphan Care & Community Work

Volunteers can make a difference in the St. Lucia community by:
  • Raising awareness for good health & nutrition
  • Delivering healthy foods to those in need
  • Working with a translator to teach orphaned children
  • Conducting music, game, & arts & crafts activities for the orphaned children
  • Assisting the care center staff by preparing meals & feeding the babies
  • Helping to renovate the care center facilities
