Tour Details

Prepare for a pleasant surprise as you travel into the Negev desert for today’s excursion. Though only a short trip, you’ll feel as if you’ve been transported to Tuscany as you pull into Carmey Avdat Farm, a local farm & winery. While on the farm, you’ll hear about Zionist pioneering efforts & how the farmers are able to grow winemaking grapes in such harsh conditions. You’ll also learn how these farmers produce their wine during a special lecture. Enjoy a wine tasting before heading out of the desert to explore.
