Travel Insurance

Travel insurance helps you prepare for a variety of unexpected circumstances you may encounter on an international missions trip. Whether its lost luggage, a flight cancellation, or a serious medical issue in a remote area, you’ll have the peace of mind knowing you (& your organization) are protected.

Fellowship Travel offers missionaries & mission groups two types of coverage – Emergency Medical Insurance & Comprehensive Travel Insurance with Trip Protection. Both plans offer:

  • 24-hour emergency assistance
  • Medical evacuation services
  • Travel medical assistance

The plans also include a waiver of Pre-existing Medical Condition Exclusion if insurance is purchased within 24 hours of initial trip payment.

How to Book Discounted Flights for Mission Teams & Missionaries

Individuals (1-9 Passengers)

Get immediate pricing & itinerary results with our flight search engine. First-time users must create an account & fill out the form to apply for the discounts on international mission flights, as the airlines restrict the use of these discount fares. They require that we verify that all persons using them are traveling on international missions trips.

Once you’re approved, you can take advantage of our missionary airfares, by logging in & selecting the appropriate “Search Type” in the flight search engine box.

Groups (10+ Passengers)

Use our “Search for Travel” form to Request a Quote or speak directly to one of our Group Travel Agents by calling (800) 235-9384.

Once we’ve received your mission team’s request, your travel agent will negotiate with our airline representatives to secure the best rate & itinerary for your mission trip. Researching all the airline & itinerary options may take a couple days, but as soon as we find the flights that meet your needs, we’ll send you a quote via email.
